Bum loves kids. He also loves to dig and has a huge appetite which can get him into trouble. Billy and Audrey try to rescue Bum, but it is Bum who makes a rescue and becomes a hero. The story is inspired by Marie Hitchcock’s book, A Dog Called Bum.
