The Marie Hitchcock Puppet Theater was established in 1947, located in beautiful historic Balboa Park, San Diego California. The Puppet Theater was originally part of the California Pacific International Exposition in 1935. The Exposition was organized to celebrate the completion of the Panama Canal. The theater still runs weekly live performances for thousands of guests each year.

A funny, high energy and mystifying magic show. Joe Mystic & Mr. Funtastic will mess with your mind and make you laugh out loud (LOL). This show is also a positive self-image show designed to let the kids know that THEY CAN do or be what they want in life. There will be audience volunteers that help with the show including having their middles removed and then put back in place. Tables will float around the stage as will a volunteer. Bel is our rabbit emcee and everyone will just fall in love with her. She is zany, funny and even does some magic herself. Each show will be 35 to 40 minutes and if you attend one, the next one will be totally different.
